🇳🇬 TSG Hoffenheim signed forward Gift Orban (22) from Ligue 1 club Olympique Lyonnais for a package fee worth approximately €12.0 million; Orban penned a four-and-a-half-year contract valid until June 2029.

Note: Tolkin, a homegrown player from RBNY’s academy, played a crucial role in that club’s run to the 2024 MLS Cup final, which they lost against LA Galaxy by a 2-1 score.

🇨🇮 Stade Rennais signed midfielder Seko Fofana (29) from Saudi Pro League club Al-Nassr for €20.0 million; Fofana penned a four-and-a-half-year contract valid until June 2029.
Note: The 29-year-old Ivorian international spent the last 1.5 seasons in Saudi Arabia, playing for Saudi Pro League clubs Al-Nassr and Al-Ettifaq. During that period, Fofana produced four goals and three assists in 48 matches across all competitions.

🇮🇹 Olympique de Marseille signed defender Luiz Felipe (27) on a free transfer from Saudi Pro League club Al-Ittihad; Luiz Felipe penned a one-and-a-half-year contract valid until June 2026.
Note: The 27-year-old arrives in Marseille following a mutual agreement with Al-Ittihad to a contract termination. Since arriving at the Jeddah-based club in September 2023, the former Italian international appeared in 28 matches across all competitions, including one Saudi Pro League match in 2024-25.

In two stints with Athletic Club — from July 2011 to June 2014 and from January 2023 to January 2025 — 35-year-old appeared in 189 appearances across all competitions for the Bilbao-based club, helping the club win the 2023-24 Copa del Rey and reaching the final of the Copa del Rey and UEFA Europa League finals in 2013-14.
